Haven Homes, Seso Global collaborate on new property development

Haven Homes, a real estate developer, has partnered Seso Global, a property sales and marketing company, in the second phase of Richmond Pearl Estate.

According to the firms, the musician, Falz, will be a special guest at the unveiling of the estate.

The Chief Executive Officer of Haven Homes, Tayo Sonuga, said with phase one of the estate sold out, the firm had already seen good uptake for the second phase.

“We are looking forward to showing the quality of our products to a wider audience during this launch on March 28 and believe we offer something unique to Lagos. The event held at Richmond Gate is designed to showcase this and give the opportunity for families to tour the homes,” he said.

He stated that located in Lekki, the new phase of the project would introduce two, three, four and five-bedroom homes to meet increased demand at the fully serviced estate.

The Chief Executive Officer of Seso Global, Daniel Bloch, described the partnership as an exciting time for Haven Homes.

“Working with such a trusted developer is important to us, and we believe the special open-day price provides great value for those wishing to live in a dream development,” he added.

Meanwhile, Haven Homes said it was supporting DUSUSU Foundation on the country’s creative arts development.

The firm stated this during a recent courtesy visit to the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, by officials of the company led by the General Manager, Mrs. Ufuoma Ilesanmi, and founder of DUSUSU Foundation, Zuriel Oduwole.

The group visited the state government to seek support for an upcoming project on creative art materials and to ask for film production to be part of the educational curriculum in Lagos State.

Ilesanmi said Haven Homes was proud to be a big supporter of Oduwole, an advocate for the education of the girl child in Africa and one of the youngest filmmakers with up to seven productions to her name.

She said Oduwole was also the youngest person to be profiled by Forbes Magazine at the age of 10.

“This young advocate and film producer has been such an inspiration and a fresh sensation in a world where young people are carried away by frivolities, hence the reason why we at Haven Homes are proud to be one of the many supporters of her ideas,” Ilesanmi said.

Sanwo-Olu said his administration remained committed to putting education at the forefront of the state’s policies.
